The Truth is in the Transcripts
The California lower court invalidated Dr. Heads Trust alleging undue influence, the California Appellate Court in Hamlin v Jendayi upheld the lower courts ruling and made a portion of the case precedent, thus making it case law. The Supreme Court of California in the Barefoot v Jennings case footnote 2, ruled that you must be a trustee or beneficiary, and the trust never amended, to challenge a trust in probate court.
The Supreme Court of California, and the Supreme Court of The United States in Hamlin v Jendayi denied hearing the case.
